We will usually despatch your order within 2 working days for orders placed before 9pm. Your order will be sent directly to you. We use a trusted courier that will require a signature, either DPD, UPS or Royal Mail Signed For.

Please note, at this current time  (2020) we are experiencing some delays with materials suppliers. Please be aware there may be a short delay with your order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will respond as soon as possible. goslingandgosling@zoho.com

For International orders (outside of the UK mainland) it may take up to 7 days depending upon destination and internal postal systems for delivery. We can track your order from the UK and give you as much information as necessary if there are any delays.

Additional costs may sometimes apply to shipping to US states and District of Columbia, Canada and South America (Releasing from Customs for example). The customer will be responsible for these costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Gosling & Gosling will exchange or refund any purchase made directly from us, if returned to us within 14 days of receipt, including sale or discounted items. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are unused. They must be returned in original packaging with labels intact. It is your responsibility & duty to take a reasonable care to ensure that Gosling & Gosling receives the products in the same condition we sent them out in and are not damaged in transit. Proof of purchase must be enclosed (a printed copy of your original order is suggested).

When returning a product to us, you are responsible for all costs of return. If you do decide to return the goods you will have your payment returned within 7 days of our receipt of your goods.

Please note that at present we are unable to offer a free returns service so it is your responsibility to ensure their safe transit back to us. We would recommend you use a tracked or recorded delivery service, especially for more expensive items.

Customised products are not eligible for refund.

To return your goods please package them safely.
